# Schedule Your Roof Inspection

## Our Inspection Protocol

Regular roof inspections are recommended twice yearly by the NRCA and are required by all roofing manufacturers.

### Inspect the Perimeter

Base tie-ins, curbs, penetrations, drains, securement, and termination.

### Probe & Inspect Field Seams

Plate securement, exposed tape, heat welds.

### Inspect Curbs, Penetrations, Drains

Quantify defects at vertical details and drainage points that can cause future water infiltration

### Identify Ponding Water and Damage

Identify low spots, ponding water, and bird bathing

### Identify Recommended Actions

Identify future issues for preventative repair before they leak

### Remove Leaves & Debris

Remove minor debris and trash and dispose

### Provide Documentation

Provide documentation of the inspection to the roofing manufacturer to meet warranty requirements
