Our Inspection Protocol
Regular roof inspections are recommended twice yearly by the NRCA and are required by all roofing manufacturers.
Inspect the Perimeter
Base tie-ins, curbs, penetrations, drains, securement, and termination.
Probe & Inspect Field Seams
Plate securement, exposed tape, heat welds.
Inspect Curbs, Penetrations, Drains
Quantify defects at vertical details and drainage points that can cause future water infiltration
Identify Ponding Water and Damage
Identify low spots, ponding water, and bird bathing
Identify Recommended Actions
Identify future issues for preventative repair before they leak
Remove Leaves & Debris
Remove minor debris and trash and dispose
Provide Documentation
Provide documentation of the inspection to the roofing manufacturer to meet warranty requirements
